The Art of Sewing has begun a bi-monthly Customer Showcase.  We love our customers, and displaying and highlighting customers' creative sewing and quilting projects is a wonderful way to showcase the artistry and skill within our community. By featuring these projects, which are crafted using equipment from our shop, we celebrate the unique talents and creative expressions of our customers and hope to inspire and spark creativity. 

For the next 2 months, we celebrate a lovely pink quilt made by Karen Hawk.  She pieced this on her new Janome MC6650.  The quilting was done by Bernadette Keys on the Qnique 15R mid Arm quilting machine.  The quilt pattern is long stem roses from Creative Stitches. Please stop in the shop and see this lovely quilt.

The Epic 3 has been reengineered and has some exciting new features.  A camera projection assists in positioning embroidery and there are new, easier to operate hoops with the largest in the industry hoop and a specialty hoop that flips for felting and bobbin work.
